ACS Team
Over the last 10 years or so, the ACS staff compliment has developed, changed and improved in every way. We believe it is vitally important to reinvest in your company by strengthening customer service and especially in our line, technical expertise.
Today the team is stronger than ever, and the ACS staff will exceed every customer’s expectations with exceptional service, advice, and a massive inventory of readily available products and solutions.
We recently asked each individual team member to answer three questions so that you could find out a little bit more about them.
Damiano Patini – Logistics Manager
What is your role?
I manage the stores, handle logistics, invoicing, booking-in shipments, international and local quotes, and do orders to the suppliers.
What do you love doing outside of work?
I play in a band, go to gym, and love to just chill.
What is your opinion of the team?
We are one of the best customer service companies around, and we’re proactive which gives us our advantage!
Victoria Smith – Internal Sales Coordinator
What is your role?
My role at ACS is Sales Coordinator. I am responsible for ensuring tha our customers’ orders are kept up to date, I continuously build relationships with new and existing customers and the issue them with quotes, stock availability and lead times
What do you love doing outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy exploring new places, taking my dogs for a walk, or having a good, old-fashioned braai.
What is your opinion of the team?
The team at ACS is full of energy, laughter, and good banter! They are patient, and always willing to give you a hand and answer any questions you may have.
Angelique Jean-Pierre – Technical Support
What is your role at?
I offer after sales technical support to our customers, which includes diagnosing and assisting in resolving all technical related issues.
What do you love doing outside of work?
When I’m not out in search of a good sale, I love binge watching TV series.
What is your opinion of the team?
They’re a crazy and dynamic bunch of people, who are all perfectly suited to their positions, and who work seamlessly together. There’s never a dull moment at the ACS office.
Edwin Modutoane – Stores & Logistics
What is your role?
My job is to make sure that the stores are maintained in an orderly manner and that no stock is misplaced.
What do you love doing outside of work?
I love learning things that I don’t know about, and spending time in the gym.
What is your opinion of the team?
We are like a family and we care and love each other, which is why we make a great team. I wish that God will keep us like that.
Sharon Williams – Accounts / Admin
What is your role?
I attend to the admin, accounts, debtors & creditors, banking and Tridium licencing.
What do you love doing outside of work?
I love drinking wine outside of work, socialising with friends, and playing uber driver to my children.
What is your opinion of the team?
The ACS team is an awesome one. They’re the best bunch of people that I have ever worked with. Everyone is super friendly and there is plenty of banter that goes on in the office between everyone.
